Our firm represented the state of a young mother who lost her life in a terrible accident that occurred on a highway. She lost control of the car while getting on the freeway; when she finally stopped a truck driving at a high-speed collided with her car. Right before the impact, her 15 years old son, who was the front seat passenger, was able to get out of the vehicle and survived the deadly crash.
