Reckless Driver

In this lawsuit against a negligent driver and the insurer, Geico Indemnity Company, our client was a severely incapacitated young woman who was the victim of a reckless driver who ran a red light. She was seven months pregnant at the time of the accident. Her son survived, but she is permanently confined to a wheelchair. The at-fault driver in this case carried a bodily injury policy of 10,000/20,000.
