Negligent Driver

Settlement against a Construction Company insured by Hartford Fire and Casualty in a case of a negligent driver. Our 18- year old client was a passeger of the T-boned vehicle. He sustained severe brain injury as a result of this impact and will need special attention, accommodations, and expensive medical treatment for the rest of his life. Initially, the liability was denied by the Insurance Company, but we were able to track down the driver all the way to Texas, which was crucial to proving our case.
