Settlement in a case involving a car dealership’s liability. Our client was rear-ended by a dealership employee at their premises. Defense argued our client’s injuries were not related to the car accident in question. Instead, they suggested an incident at our client’s work was the cause of her pain. We arduously fought on our client’s side and were able to win this case proving the defense wrong.
